​Cobas® 6000 Modular platform designed to fit with basic laboratory needs, flexibility that can be upgraded. Product specifications:
 
  • Completely Automated Modular platform which can integrate several biochemical and immunological analyzers such as Cobas c 501 and Cobas e 601.
  • The capacity of work depends on the type of the selected combination. There are seven different types of combinations whose capacity ranges from 170 t / h to 2170 t / h.
  • The Modular platform brings performance to a nearly ideal level. It can consolidate more than 95% of routine work in clinical chemistry and immunology.
  • Wide range of tests of about 160 different tests
  • Increased reliability by using the unique concept of reagents cobas c and cobas e which are ready for use without any prior preparation and with significantly improved stability of the instrument for 3 months.   • ​The Cobas e 601 module itself has a capacity of 170 t / h and range of over 60 different tests. The possibility of contamination is reduced to a minimum by using a pipes for each pipeting. On the instrument you can find 25 different tests. Increased confidence in results through embedded sensors to detect coagulum (Clot Detection) and detection of liquid level (Level Detection).
  • During the work at each pipeting, the reagents open and close automatically to protect from external influences in every moment of the process.
  • The shortest time to resolve the final result for immunological analysis of all known analyzers between 9 and 18 minutes. This is due to the method of measurement that is ECL. It also allows a wider range and measurement sensitivity and need for smaller quantities of serum.
  • Cobas c 501 has a capacity of 1000 t / h, the possibility of simultaneously placing 60 different tests on the device, the automatic addition of reagents during operation, the detection of coagulum (Clot Detection) and the detection of liquid level (Level Detection) as well as contactless ultrasonic mixer which reduces the possibility of contamination.
  • The capacity of samples that can be applied simultaneously to the device is 150, and it also has a special position supports for emergency (STAT) analysis.
  • Possibility of continuous addition of samples at any moment of the process.
  • Possibility of setting urgent samples under STAT.
  • Optimal flow work in the continuous addition is achieved by using new technologies Smart Track Rotor, Rotor where the samples are placed and which is directly controlled by software for this purpose IPM (Intelligent Process management)
